Is Individual Therapy right for me?

  1. Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, down, or emotionally “checked out” — even if you can’t pinpoint why?

  2. Have you been struggling with the same issue(s) for a while without much improvement, despite trying to handle it on your own?

  3. Are there patterns in your relationships that leave you feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or hurt?

  4. Is stress, anxiety, or low mood starting to affect your sleep, energy, relationships, or performance at work or school?

  5. Are you coping with a recent or past trauma, loss, or major life transition that’s still weighing on you?

  6. Do you feel stuck, unmotivated, or unsure about who you are or what direction your life is taking?

  7. Have loved ones expressed concern about your well-being, behavior, or mood changes?

  8. Do you rely on substances, food, social media, or other habits to numb out or escape your feelings?

  9. Is it hard to talk openly with others about what you’re feeling — or do you worry about being a burden?

  10. Are you curious about yourself and open to exploring your thoughts, emotions, or habits in a supportive space?

✅ If you answered “yes” to 2 or more of these questions, it may be a sign that individual therapy could benefit you.
But even if only one of these questions resonated, it’s worth paying attention to. Therapy isn’t just for when things are falling apart — it’s also a powerful tool for growth, insight, and realignment.
